Where is my data stored?
Everything you enter — concerts, pieces, entries, bar notes, diction notes and the rehearsal log — is stored only on your device. Chorheft works fully offline and has no account or sign-in.
How do I set the tuning to 442 Hz?
Open Settings and choose the tuning under "Pitch." Every recorded entry and the pitch pipe will play at the new reference from then on.
Can I change how note names are shown?
Yes. Settings lets you switch between German convention (H / B), French and Belgian solfège (do, ré, mi…) and English letter names. Bar numbers switch between T., mes. and b. to match.
How do I attach a photo to a bar note?
Open a bar note and choose "Take photo" or "Choose photo." Chorheft asks for camera or photo library access the first time you do this, and only for that reason.
Does Chorheft show the actual sheet music?
No. Chorheft is a personal entry book, not a score reader. A piece can store a link to its public-domain score page on CPDL, IMSLP, or your choir's own site, which opens inside the app.
I lost my entries after reinstalling the app.
Because Chorheft stores data only on-device with no cloud backup, uninstalling the app removes its data too. Back up your device with iCloud or Finder/iTunes backups to preserve app data across reinstalls.
